Terms of service / guidelines
GENERAL:✦ Please credit MiLKAT on videos. Link this commission page and Twitter @xozoeymonxx.✦ We will only confirm your commission after checking over your song/files within 24hrs of your request. We do not work with phone mics. Please know that we have the right to decline if we're unable to work with your song/files.✦ Our lead time will be 4 weeks from the time we receive your audio files after payment. If you need it any sooner, we may charge a rush fee.✦ Payment: Paypal (F&F). If you need an invoice you will be charged an extra fee for the Paypal cut (Usually 4.9% - will be adjusted according to paypal changes).✦ Cancellations will not be granted once I've begun working on your commission.✦ I'm currently based in GMT+3 so please know that communications cut 12AM every night in my time zone. If you have urgent requests or if I require urgent responses regarding your commission (this is esp. important for rush orders) please know that any lateness due to late communications will not be warrened with a refund.✦ Please be respectful. I enjoy mixing but it is not my livelihood. I can, and will cancel your commission if I feel you are being disrespectful. Paypal cut and what I've already completed within the time of cancellation will be deducted from the refund total. I will not be providing those files.✦ TOS are subject to change without notice.----------MIX RELATED:✦ Send vocals in WAV, Mono, 24 bits 44100hz or 48000hz. Please avoid MP3.
Please watch your gain (volume) to avoid peaking and clippings and record closer to your mic to minimize room reverb.✦ Know that the quality of the mix will depend on the quality of your source files. (eg. mic quality, bg noises, etc.)✦ Avoid splitting tracks into verse/chorus/bridge, etc. unless they overlap.✦ Send in your best takes. Esp. for tuning. the further off your original file is, the less natural it will sound.✦ Please provide the instrumental you wish to use.✦ I may ask for small redos for things that can not be fixed but if you wish to send me a full redo, they will be charged as i will have to redo all the work from scratch.✦ If you do not provide a hard deadline, know that I will prioritize other commissions that has a hard deadline first.✦ I will provide up to 3 revisions free of charge for the final mix. You may ask for progress checks but note that the result may be very different as they will still be working progresses.✦ Once you receive the final, you have up to 1 week to confirm it. If I don't receive any response after 1 week, you'll lose the right to have any changes done.✦ TOS are subject to change without notice.
